Aluminum series end mills are designed for maximum metal removal in all types of aluminum.  The ideal end mill for high silicon, die cast, and extruded aluminum parts.  It's unique double wall  flute design, aggressively evacuates chips under extremely heavy chip loads.  This end mill is great for roughing or finishing operations in aluminum, plastic, and all nonferrous, nonmetallic materials.  


"Sidewinder" series end mills are designed to slot and profile in stainless steel, nickel and  titanium alloys. This  end mill series has a faster helix, an accelerated shearing geometry, and  razor sharp cutting edges, to overcome the strength, work hardening, and impact resistance of these metals. 
 
 


These high helix end mills are designed to machine all high temperature alloys, inconel, hastalloy, waspalloy, and titanium.  This 3 flute, high helix, high shear geometry will slot and profile while leaving behind an excellent surface finish.  "Avenger-3" end mills are available uncoated and ALTiN-V for higher heat resistance.
 


"Thunder" high performance end mills are engineered to fight super heat generation, and reduce work hardening, when profiling tool steels, titanium,  and other super alloys.  A rugged, dense core strength, six tough, radial relieved, razor sharp cutting edges, and a super hard, heat resistant  end mill coating, to handle the hardest to machine materials.
